Berlin’s Culture Dance Clash Festival, May 13–17

The Culture Dance Clash Festival, which celebrates street dancing, dance cultures, and Afrodiasporic innovation from African and Caribbean civilizations, will take place in Berlin, Germany, from May 13–17, 2026. It’s a multicultural dance concentration festival.
Portugal’s Afro Nation, July 3–5

The sixth edition of the biggest Afrobeats festival in the world will take place at Praia da Rocha Beach in Portimão. With Asake, Tyla, Wizkid, Gunna, Mariah the Scientist, Olamide, Niska, Awilo Longomba, Bien, Darkoo, Denden, Djodje, and Young Jonn on the Lit Stage and Madumane (DJ Maphorisa), Focalistic, Amaroto, Daliwonga, Lee McKrazy, Mawhoo, Mellow & Sleazy, and Zee Nxumalo on the Piano People Stage, the festival draws at least 40,000 visitors from 180 countries. Africa Oyé Liverpool, June 20–21

Africa Oyé will be a gated and ticketed event for the first time in its 33-year existence. Patoranking, Grammy-nominated musician Fatoumata Diawara, and Fulu Miziki are featured at the UK’s biggest African and Caribbean music festival. The event offers numerous stages, including the Main Stage, Trenchtown for soca and reggae, Freetown for Afrobeat and highlife, and the Oyé Village with workshops, cultural installations, and foreign food.
Toronto’s Afrobeats Music Festival, July 3–13

Currently in its fourth edition, Seyi Vibez, Shallipopi, Sean Tizzle, Reekado Banks, PocoLee, and DJ Neptune will perform at the festival, which takes place in Toronto, Canada, from July 3–13, 2026. By exhibiting Afrobeats’ originality on a worldwide platform, the event fosters bilateral ties between Nigeria and Canada through the creative industry.
AfroxFest Atlanta, June 27–28

For two days on June 27–28, 2026, AfroxFest delivers the African experience to Atlanta’s Candler Park. Along with traditional dishes, dances, and crafts from well-known craftsmen, the festival showcases music from the top African DJs in the world, including Afrobeats, Amapiano, East African, and traditional sounds of the continent.
Afri-Fest East Norwich (15 August)
