Anyways, Ubi Franklin, you have till Tuesday to pay up!” Alongside this fiery callout, VDM dropped voice notes and chats from the alleged victim who claimed he was duped after being lured by Ubi’s association with Davido. After all, if someone’s in the orbit of one of the biggest Afrobeat stars, they must be trustworthy, right? Wrong!!!
But here’s the thing why is Davido always the go-to tag when the proverbial fan gets hit? Is he the Afrobeat ombudsman now? Sure, knowing a superstar might open doors, but it’s not a stamp of ethical approval.
